All products sold on ColorYoyo are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items will be shipped to you.

• Instant access: After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email immediately.
• Personal use only: You may print and color pages for yourself, your family, or your classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our files to any website or shared drive.
• No refunds on digital products: Because of the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file), contact us and we'll help you within 7 days.

We do not require you to create an account to browse or purchase. However, if you choose to create an account (optional):

• You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
